The ideal candidate is data-driven, highly collaborative, strategic, and has a strong bias for action. You are an analytical, proactive problem solver. You enjoy solving complex problems and working cross-functionally when needed to discover insights, optimize processes, and deliver ROI.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Success in the position requires problem-solving and experimentation skills, as well as a passion for customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing. This role will report to the SVP, Head of Marketing, and direct a team of full-time employees, contractors and agencies, while partnering closely with the entire marketing team to create and optimize multiple conversion points across both our workplace and state savings programs. &lt;li&gt;Oversee conversion rate optimization strategies, including funnel analysis, website optimization, and landing page testing, ultimately optimizing our website to maximize the acquisition of newcomers, increase engagement, and grow conversions&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Monitor, analyze and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Support the optimization of campaigns based on best practice to constantly drive improved outcomes with outsized impact on growth&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Manage the lead qualification, prioritization, and nurture process of leads across their lifecycle, including website and email journeys&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Employ strategies and testing to target and grow customer base in identified key segments/cohorts, using a range of tactics to drive from awareness to conversion&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;Minimum of 7+ years of digital experience with at least 5+ years in a growth focused role, preferably in a fast-paced and high-growth environment; prior experience in a fintech start-up is a plus&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Demonstrated past accomplishments in crafting digital marketing campaigns that yield measurable outcomes, such as increased pipeline&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;An analytical and data-driven background, with a proven ability to extract valuable insights and narratives from data into results-oriented marketing strategies&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proactive and strategic problem solver who thrives in ambiguity and change, with a strong bias to action and sense of curiosity and is eager to take ownership of driving growth&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Proven track record of driving scalable, sustainable growth strategy through testing, measurement, and iteration frameworks&lt;/li&gt;
